Enabled/Disabled Radio Buttons
Select Disable to temporarily disable a user’s access to Powerpay, for example if the employee is on holiday or on a temporary leave from work, and you expect the user to return to work. Disabled users are unable to log onto the Powerpay payroll from which they are disabled.
To enable a disabled user, and grant the user access to the Powerpay payroll, select Enabled.
NOTE: The Enabled/Disabled feature is payroll specific. If the user’s User ID is attached to more than one payroll repeat the above procedure for each payroll as required.
